What the VIP section looks like on a new account
After logging in, there may be a section called "VIP" in your profile, promotions or menu. A new account usually shows the lowest level, with a progress line or bar beside it. Don't worry about that. It's normal for new players.
How levels usually rise
In many lobbies, your level rises with turnover (the total amount played) or with deposits.
