I deposited on 7U777 but it's not in my balance: a calm checking lesson
You sent the money, it left your wallet, yet your lobby balance looks the same. Feeling your heart race the first time this happens is completely normal. In this lesson we assume you're brand new, so we explain every unfamiliar word and put the checks in an order you can follow yourself, phone in hand, one after another. Remember from the start: this is an unofficial learning site. We never take money and can't see anyone's account. Every deposit task and every fix happens only in the official lobby.
What should you NOT do first when the money doesn't show up?
Avoiding the wrong move matters even more than the fix. In a panic, beginners usually do three things that make matters worse later:
- Sending the same money again. If you send a second time thinking "maybe the first one didn't go", there are now two transactions to match, and things get more tangled.
- Taking help from strangers. If someone in a Facebook group or a message says "I'll fix it", don't give them your wallet PIN, password or OTP. Real support never asks for these.
- Deleting the receipt. Don't delete the wallet message or screenshot. It's your strongest proof.
Take a deep breath. If you follow the steps below in order, in most cases you'll be able to see for yourself where the problem is.
How do you know the money really left your wallet?
The first question isn't about the lobby, it's about your own wallet. Whether you used bKash, Nagad or Rocket, open the app's transaction history and check these four things:
- Whether the transaction shows as successful. If the wallet itself says "failed", the money never actually left, so it's expected that it isn't in the lobby.
- Whether the amount is right. Check that the wallet sent exactly the amount you typed in the lobby's deposit form.
- Which number or reference it went to. Does it match what the lobby cashier screen showed you?
- The transaction ID. This is a code of mixed letters and numbers, different for every transaction. Think of it as the transaction's "receipt number". Copy it and write it down somewhere.
If everything looks right in the wallet, move on to the lobby. If you want to review the whole first-deposit path, keep the bKash deposit lesson open alongside.
How do you read the status in the lobby's deposit history?
Log in to the official lobby and look in the cashier or profile area for a page called "deposit history", "transaction record" or something similar. The name may differ a little, but the job is the same: each of your deposit requests is listed there. Each row has a status next to it. What the common words mean for beginners:
- Pending / processing: the request was submitted but isn't finished yet. Don't send money again in this state; keep the record open and check again a little later.
- Successful / completed: the deposit is done on the lobby's side. If your balance still doesn't show it, refresh the page, or log out and log back in.
- Failed / cancelled: the request didn't complete. If money left your wallet, report it in live chat with the receipt.
- Nothing in the list: this may mean the deposit form was never actually submitted, or that you're logged in to a different account. Check which number or username you signed in with.
Whatever the status, take a screenshot of that row. You'll need it in the next step.
Which small mistakes can hold up a deposit?
These are worth checking on your side. This isn't about blame; it can happen to anyone the first time:
- Typing one amount in the lobby form and sending a different amount from the wallet.
- Entering the wrong code in the transaction ID box, or leaving extra spaces before or after it.
- Sending from a different wallet instead of the payment method the lobby asked you to pick.
- Sending based on an old screenshot or the previous day's details, when the lobby may show new instructions each time.
- Sending to a number someone gave you in chat, Telegram or a message. That isn't a lobby deposit. How to spot unfamiliar pages or numbers is in the fake site lesson.
If any of these match, don't hide it; tell support plainly. Accurate details make it easier to look into.
How do you report it clearly in live chat?
If checking yourself hasn't solved it, open the live chat inside the official lobby. The chat icon is usually in a corner of the screen. A short, clear message works far better than a long, emotional one. You can arrange it like this:
- Your username or registered number.
- Which payment method you used and how much you sent.
- The wallet transaction ID.
- A screenshot of the wallet receipt and a screenshot of the lobby deposit history.
- The problem in one line: "Successful in my wallet, not in my lobby balance."
Never type your wallet PIN, lobby password or OTP in chat. If anyone asks for them, stop the conversation there. If a reply is slow, don't send the same message over and over; one clear message is enough. More examples of polite, useful wording are in the support lesson.
One more thing: if a deposit problem leaves you upset or angry, don't sit down to play that day. Playing with money worries on your mind doesn't lead to good decisions. Read about keeping to your own limits on the responsible play page.
Check your deposit history in the official lobby
Common beginner questions about deposits
Money left my wallet but there's no record at all in the lobby. What do I do?
First make sure you're logged in to the right account. Then check your wallet receipt to see which number or reference the money went to, and whether it matches what the lobby showed. After that, report it in the lobby's live chat with the transaction ID and a screenshot of the receipt.
How long can a deposit stay pending?
We can't give a fixed answer, because it depends on the lobby and the payment method. If it says pending, don't send money again. Check the record again a little later, and if it doesn't change for a long while, ask in live chat with your transaction ID.
I can't find the transaction ID. What now?
In your wallet app's transaction history, tapping that transaction usually shows the ID on the details page. It may also be in the SMS from your wallet. If you really can't find it, write to live chat with the date, amount and payment method of the transaction.
Someone called saying they'll fix my deposit. Should I trust them?
No. Discuss deposit problems only in the live chat inside the official lobby. If an outsider contacts you by phone, SMS or Telegram asking for a PIN, OTP or a "fee", that's a sign of fraud. End the contact without further discussion.
Once the deposit is sorted, should I start playing right away?
There's no rush. Check that your balance is right, and decide first how much you'll play today. If you took a bonus on your first deposit, read its terms as shown in the lobby.
This is not the official 7U777 site, just an unofficial learning guide for beginners. Deposits, balance and support are all only in the official lobby. 18+. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
