7U777 bet history: learning to read your own records
After a few games on day one, many people wonder, "How did my balance get so low?" or "Did I win that round?" The answers are in the lobby's bet history and transaction history. But to beginners these pages look like a crowd of numbers and English words. In this lesson we start from scratch: where the pages are, what each box means, and what to do if the numbers don't add up. Keep this in mind from the start: this is an unofficial learning site. We can't see your account; all records are only in the official lobby.
Are bet history and transaction history the same thing?
No, and once you understand the difference, half the confusion is gone. Put simply:
- Bet history (bet record): which game you bet on, how much, and what the result was. The record of your play.
- Transaction history: money coming into and going out of your account: deposits, withdrawals and sometimes bonuses being added.
Think of a shop ledger. One page lists what you bought (bet history); another lists how much you paid from your pocket and how much you got back (transaction history). Put the two together and you see the whole picture.
Where do you find the bet history page in the lobby?
The lobby's layout can change from time to time, and the location may differ slightly between the app and the browser. But this path usually gets you there:
- Log in to the official lobby. If you have trouble logging in, see the first login lesson first.
- Tap the profile or account icon. Usually a person-shaped icon in the top corner or the bottom menu.
- Look for a record-type name. Something like "Bet Record", "Bet History", "Betting Record", "Game Record" or "History".
- Look for a separate tab for transactions. There may be "Transaction", "Deposit Record", "Withdrawal Record" or a history button inside the cashier.
- Pick a date. Many pages have options like "Today", "Yesterday", "This week" or a custom date. If nothing shows, change the date filter first.
If you can't find it, ask the lobby's live chat, "Where can I see my bet record?" It's a very common question; nothing to be shy about.
What does each box or column in the bet record mean?
When the page opens you'll see a list, with one bet per row. Column names vary between lobbies, but these are typical:
- Date and time: when the bet was placed.
- Game or event name: which slot, live table or cricket match.
- Bet ID or order number: a unique code for each bet. This is what you give support if there's a problem.
- Stake / Bet Amount: how much you bet.
- Win / Payout: how much came back from that bet. If you lost, it usually shows zero.
- Profit/Loss or Win/Loss: the payout minus the stake. A minus sign means a loss.
- Status: "Settled" means the result is final; "Unsettled", "Pending" or "Running" means the game or match isn't over yet.
Note one thing: in many slots each spin appears as its own row, so even ten minutes of play can make a long list. Don't panic; many pages show a total at the top or bottom so you can see the day's overall figure.
How do you read the transaction history?
Each row on the transaction page usually shows the type (deposit, withdrawal or bonus), amount, payment method, date, a reference number and status. A deposit may also show the wallet's transaction ID. Simple habits for beginners:
- Match every deposit against the receipt in your wallet app: same amount and date?
- Check withdrawal statuses. The full withdrawal process and what each status means are in the first withdrawal lesson.
- If a bonus was added, it may show as a separate row; read its terms as shown in the lobby.
If the numbers don't add up, what should you do, and in what order?
Say you think you won a bet but it doesn't show in your balance. Before going to live chat, check these:
- Is the bet's status "Settled"? If the match or round isn't over, the result hasn't been added yet.
- Is the date filter right? Yesterday's bet won't appear in today's list.
- Refresh the page or log out and back in once.
- Make sure you're in the right account, especially if you have more than one number.
If it still doesn't match, write to the lobby's live chat with your username, the bet ID, the game name, the date and time, and a screenshot of that row. State the problem in one line, for example "The result of this bet doesn't seem to have been added to my balance." Never give your password, OTP or wallet PIN. More examples of clear messages are in the support lesson.

How can bet history help you keep your play in check?
Bet history isn't only a place to hunt for problems; it's also a mirror. Once a week, take five minutes to look at:
- How much you bet in total this week, and where the profit/loss column ended up.
- When you played most, and whether you tend to play late at night.
- Whether you rushed into bigger bets after a loss.
If the numbers go past the budget you set in advance, that's your signal to stop. Playing is entertainment, not a way to earn. Read how to set your own limits on the responsible play page.
Why can't I see older bets in my bet history?
Usually it's the date filter: the page may only be showing today's bets. Change the date. How far back records go depends on the lobby's rules, so keep screenshots of any records that matter to you.
My cricket bet shows "Unsettled". What does that mean?
It means the result of the match or that market isn't final yet. The status should change once the result is settled. If it still hasn't changed long after the match ended, ask in live chat with the bet ID.
Where do I find the bet ID?
It's usually in the bet record row, or on the detail page that opens when you tap the row. It may also be labelled "Order No", "Bet ID" or "Ticket". Copy and paste it when writing to support.
Is it safe to send a screenshot of my bet history to someone?
Send it only in the lobby's live chat. Before sending it to anyone else, cover details like your username, balance or phone number, and never give login details if someone asks in return.
