After a spin, the numbers that stop on the payline are read from left to right and joined into one number. You don't need to match identical pictures like in a regular slot; here the digits sit side by side to make a value. Even if nothing stops on the line on one reel, meaning it's blank, the remaining numbers can still form a value.

Respin: gives the reels on the left another spin.

Which multipliers can appear on the fourth reel, what segments the lucky wheel has, and which symbols are active at which bet level can differ between versions, so check the help/paytable.
