Fishing game: before you pick up the cannon for the first time

A fishing game looks like a colourful aquarium: fish swim across and you shoot at them with a cannon from below. It looks fun, but every shot has a cost. In this lesson we slowly learn each part of the screen, so on day one you can see where your money goes. Play happens only in the official lobby. This site is not a game server.

For new players: the parts of the screen

Cannon: usually at your seat at the bottom of the screen. It fires wherever you tap.
Shot value or level: plus and minus buttons beside the cannon. A higher value means every shot costs more.
Balance: shown small near your seat. It drops with each shot and rises when you catch a fish.
Auto or lock button: found in some games. When on, it keeps firing by itself. Beginners are better off leaving it off.
Menu or help: shows how much each fish pays.

Your first round, step by step

Find the fishing icon in the lobby's game list or hot games area and open it.
Turn your phone sideways. Landscape makes the screen larger.
Open help or the menu and read the fish list and rules.
Set the shot value to the lowest level.
Fire a few shots and watch how your balance changes.

Big fish and boss rounds

Big fish or boss characters can have higher multipliers, but they usually take many shots to catch. Beginners who chase big fish often run through their balance quickly. If the game's own help shows how much each fish pays or an RTP figure, read it there. This page does not guess any percentage.

What happens on a weak network

If your internet drops mid-game, a round may be left unfinished. Go back in and check your balance and game record. If something doesn't match, tell the lobby's live chat with the time and a screenshot. Never give anyone your password or OTP, and if someone asks you to send money to a personal "agent" number, don't.
